RUDE AND ARROGANT! I pray to the Lord no family has to go through what mine did dealing with Bret and all his associates. I will never go here again. During my moms service the fire trucks went off across the street too... not my ideal place for a service on top of everything else.

Perl Funeral home and their staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and done right for our family. Most of all Jamie she made a very difficult time a lot easier for us. The price on cremation was reasonable but most of all the compassion they have for others is worth it. Thank you Perl

Very attentive when it came to the contract and payment! However, follow up sorely lacking!!!!!! I called 11 days after body was to be cremated to find out what day delivery of my husband's ashes would be. I was told "my counselor" would return call. SHE DID NOT. I called 5 days later to be given a tracking number by the receptionist from USPS--to call myself to get info. GREAT COMPASSIONATE FOLLOW UP! In following up myself online, incorrect tracking number, no status on pkg. I CALL BACK AGAIN, TELL ANOTHER PERSON WHO ANSWERS PHONE TO CHECK NUMBER FOR ME. I GET PUT ON HOLD FOR 2 MINUTES, THEN I HEAR A VOICE WHO PROMPTLY DISCONNECTS ME! I CALL BACK AGAIN AND GET ORIGINAL RECEPTIONIST WHO SAY, "How can I help you? " SERIOUSLY!!!! So, she tells me she was not incorrect on number. So--I say for $150 mailing charge, I would expect An express such as Fed Ex or UPS, don't you agree? Answer was, "I told you this was USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS. YOU ARE INCORRECT" At that point, I hung up. I still don't know where pkg. is or when it is coming as USPS has no record!!!!! How's that for COMPASSIONATE ❤

Everone there was so helpful and punctual. Everything my family needed was taken care of and the grounds are well maintained. Impressive. Jody was amazing, a real jewel. Very personable , kind and sincere.
