My dad passed away on Thursday and Omega had everything handled within a day and we had his remains by the following Wednesday. My sister was very upset by the loss and the owner was very attentive to her needs. He even took the time to allow her to see our dad one last time before cremation. He didn't pressure us to buy an urn through him and called and kept us updated throughout. His disposition is very professional and I found that helpful when making difficult decisions. He answered all questions honestly and politely. Highly recommend!
