Thank you for offering cremation services of our beloved furkids at an affordable cost. It is hard enough when we lose them and the worry of being able to take care of their outer shell that is left behind after. I know many of us like to keep them close to our hearts, rather than buries somewhere we may not be forever or dumped with a bunch of random animals in some fill somewhere. I hope in the future you can offer it for larger animals such as horses so we don't have to ship them up North to be done.

Although the general manager, Kelly, seemed to have at least some non-biased compassion, the funeral director for MCMG was unproffessional as was the staff when they were contacted about services for the woman who was like a second mother to me. They were completely rude and unhelpful. I would let another company take care of your loved ones.

Unproffesional and rude. They wouldn't tell us when they are burrying our grandmother, they are taking sides when they don't have any idea what the story is. You have caused more far more pain than we are already going through. I truly hope no one does this to you when you lose your mother or grandmother.
