Very cold hearted. These people should not be speaking to families who are grieving. Nor should they be trusted . They had my family member moved to a morgue and embalmed without permission. They are over priced and do not do what they say they will. More than one person I know has had them not put the obituaries in the paper until weeks after the funeral. Do not use them .

I have dealt with funeral homes professionally for 15 years running the obituary desk for a mid-sized newspaper. This is by far one of the worst funeral homes I have ever worked with. They were unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. They insisted on emailing information to the wrong department even though our website has clear instructions on how to submit obituary information. When I called them they briskly told me they were too busy to help me and never called me back after practically hanging up on me. They refused to confirm information with the family so I could at least announce the death in a timely manner, nor would they submit photographs in a usable format. It's been 16 days and they just emailed saying to run it, without submitting the photographs or supplying payment information. Grieving families should turn elsewhere.

When we were hurting the most the Knopp's showed great care and concern for our loved one and us. They went above and beyond our expectations for my mother's partner and our dear friend. They were caring, empathetic, and supportive of our wishes. I would highly recommend them.
