An associate who is in this business recommended Crown Memorial when a close friend died and the family was unable to deal with the details. They quickly returned all calls I made relating to what the family wanted. Crown's quote for cremation was very fair. The family asked that the body be picked up at 11 pm, and at a few minutes before 11, two professionally dressed, clean-cut young men knocked at the door. They were respectful and kind toward the family and toward the body. I was so impressed I plan to ask my family to use them at my death.

Our family has used Crown Memorial Center cremation services for 3 family members. Our experience was completely positive. Tiffany at the Milwaukie branch was helpful and efficient. We never felt like we were being pressured to buy more services or products. All our questions we answered and our needs met in a very professional way. In the end my husband and I bought cremation packages for ourselves so that it would be taken care of for our family. I would highly recommend Crown Memorial.

First, I was not happy with the they treated me during my father's cremation, so I looked up Crown on the internet and saw they were a focal point of a FBI investigation plus a couple of large lawsuits concerning how unprofessional Crown treated the remains. This was gut wrenching realization for me after letting them deal with my father.
