These people are awesome. I had to deal with them over the phone as I live out of town. When my sister passed away (and before since she was terminal) they were ALWAYS genuine, polite, compassionate, warm, professional yet not "business like". It was so difficult to decide which funeral home to contact since I am not from the area. At first I contacted what I thought was a local company and then realized they were a national chain (and they DID NOT tell me that when I called). National chains DO NOT give you the personal service I think you would desperately need during these difficult times. But, Coos Bay Chapel DOES. I called to ask them if they were related to or affiliated with the national chain and they were kind enough to answer my questions how it would work if I went through a that national chain, yet they did NOT pressure or even ask me to do business with them. I was IMPRESSED not only with that but just the genuine voice on the other end (Dani). They kept me informed at all times and were VERY easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend!
