The worst experience ever! It's been almost 4 weeks since the death of our loved one and we can't get a death certificate or ashes from Baird Funeral Home. We've gotten the run around the entire time, their promises are meaningless, and the stress caused to the family by Baird Funeral Home has been unrelenting and uncalled for. Lack of professionalism during the entire process. Do not use this place!!!

Absolutely the worst place ever. These people are shady. Do not use this funeral home, you will be sorry.

Brad and his staff were stellar in how they handled our moms funeral arrangements, her preparation, and in their dealings with the entire family. They were both personal and professional. After a few days Brad felt like part of the family. I would highly recommend them without any reservations.
