Overall it was an experience. Cindy helped out greatly with my sister when she was killed last October in Bend. The payment was organized through a non-profit organization and discussed with Cindy in November. Received a phone call about a month ago that it was never paid (5 months later). That is bad business to me.

Worse service possible. First I asked for hand prints of my husband and they never done that. Waited for death certificates and they never called me. I called and picked them up. His remains were not ready they said after 2 and a half weeks. After almost a month they never called so I called about them. They were ready to be picked up but no one bothered to let me know. Would highly suggest you use someone else.
