$9,000 for my 10-year-old nephew’s funeral. Kept trying to up-sell my parents while planning. Tried to dissuade us of our cemetery of choice so that the processional route would be easier. Money hungry. One of the directors went into our family lounge and ate our food. My heart is broken at the struggle my brother and parents went through with this place while mourning. Unprofessional all around.
