Penni Tibbs When my cousin died, my family considered local service providers. It was important that we worked with someone who understood our grief and our budget. We needed someone who could work well within a limited time frame. We needed someone who would be a point of contact that everyone would feel comfortable with. Frankly, we needed someone we could trust. We found these basic needs and more with Preston Charles and staff. Preston Charles did not know me when I was referred to him. He did not know that I was familiar with the process of arranging funerals due to relatively recent family deaths. Everything he discussed with me confirmed that he knew his business well. He did not try to sell me a 'package'. He listened to learn my family's priorities. He discussed options to help us make the necessary arrangements.
