I have several family members that is buried at Montlawn and I even have a plot paid for there as well. I live out of town so when I am home I go there to visit my mom which is near my grandparents and uncle. Every time I go "IT IS ALWAYS SOMETHING". My Mom & Granddad flowers *which I paid a pretty penny for* was stolen (which was brought to the office staff attention & nothing was done), my Grandparents headstones was sinking so I put in a work order. (I'm guessing nobody monitor the grounds to notice things like this). Today when I went I couldn't even tell my granddad have a headstone bc it was overgrown with grass (They half way cut around it). I'm going to post the picture and I will pay anyone who can tell me the name on the headstone. I am infuriated bc these headstones cost too much money to not be able to see them due to POOR MAINTENANCE. The front is always nicely groomed to fool people. Why run a business when you can't maintain the upkeep?

Please review the new station with what happened to Winfred’s barns burial plot. I Have so many emotions. Please don’t let this happen to your love one. I use to drive past and think he was resting peaceful and only to be called with this disturbing news.

Poor Customer Service. My father was buried here recently. We thought the name plate we bought with my Father's casket would be visible but it inst. That was our mistake. I have tried to call 5 times in over a month to see about purchasing a name plate but they don't seem to be interested in helping. I have left my phone number and email address. Still nothing.

I came up from Wilmington to visit the graves of my parents and Aunt. Their ground plates were very overgrown and dirty. As I began to clean one of them 2 young men who worked for M ontlawn came by and offered to clean them both. I left to get flowers and when I came back both graves had been cleaned and trimmed. Thank you so so much Quan and T.J. you did a great job!!!

Huge HUGE cemetery. Great views and its peaceful but it feels like everyone buried there picked out their add-ons from a brochure. "For an additional $5k, you can add a marble bench engraved with your loved ones name"..

One of my favorite cemeteries, if there is such a thing. I’ve performed quite a few military honors here over the years. The staff and service providers are very friendly and courteous.
