Everything about the experience at Beams was wonderful. Chad is an extremely polite and caring person who carried us through this very difficult situation. Beams is basically a one stop shop. They give you beautiful examples and have an exquisite funeral brochure with poetry and pictures of our loved one. I took them a simple stack of photos and they came up with a beautiful video shown during receiving friends, and we were able to get our own copies. They take care of you. They treat you like family. They literally took care of every little detail. We didn’t have to file an obituary. We didn’t have to order death certificates. They set chairs up with the funeral door wreath. They even gave us a complimentary dinner from Countryside Barbecue the day we went for arrangements. I sincerely hope I do not have a need for a funeral home anytime soon, but if I do, guess where I’m going.

Never in my life have I ever had anyone be so nice. I really believe that if wasn't for there sincerity and there complete respect that we couldn't have gotten through this. They not only made it affordable, but made it tastful and beautiful. I unfortunately have had to use all the funeral homes in Marion but our experience was so much easier and comforting with Beams.
