So, the services and accommodations and everything were superb, however, when leaving the service for my dear friend, I asked where I could find a restroom before I left. I wish you could have seen the manner in which we were answered. Like totally irritated and out of patience. He threw his arm to the side and very exasperatedly explained where the restroom was like he couldn't believe we had the audacity to need the facilities. When we came out of the restrooms, he was standing at the front door holding it open like he had been totally inconvenienced by us. I get having a bad day but man, when you have a service of grieving family and friends, maybe you should have just called out from work. NOT OK.

We worked with Mr. Mike Pepper and Mr. Mike Anderson in preparation for the funeral services of our parents. They were both personable, professional and thoughtful in every way as we moved through the planning process. Our family had very specific desires which were carried out in a flawless manner during each of the three services. Andrews Mortuary & Crematory helped my family during one of our most difficult times, my mother’s death. Each staff member we encountered, particularly Mike Anderson and Doug Turner, treated us with compassion and respect. They provided guidance without pressure, made excellent recommendations for services and goods not provided by Andrews, and showed professionalism at all times. They explained everything that could and would be done clearly; answered all of our questions with clear, truthful answers; never rushed us, and stayed in touch with me to ensure everything was satisfactory. My mother looked lovely and as natural as possible in her final state. Also, I was pleased with the flexibility exhibited by Messrs. Anderson and Turner at the church when we had to deviate from the normal processional and seating arrangements, due to family members’ limited mobility. Because we could trust Andrews’ staff and put everything possible in their hands, I was able to stay calm and focused on honoring Mom’s life.
