Caused additional pain. They knew early that they will have to do a pick up , but when the release was signed they were not ready. Did not come until 5:30 pm, and being evasive all that time about where the vehicle was. "On the way, " they said each time we called. They did not return phone call as promised. Each time on hold had to listen to their self-promotion and recorded claims as to how caring they are. Finally, they showed up with an ordinary station wagon, so they can't even claim that a vehicle was unavailable. We had to sit in the apartment all this time with the deceased with us. Hit us with a hefty charge, even though it was a graveside service only, with only a single vehicle, (the hearse) and plain pine coffin.
