When my mother passed away at 5:00 am, I called the funeral home and they responded immediately reassuring me that my mother would be taken care of immediately. When I arrived with my sister to make arrangements, I was met and supported the moment I walked in the door. The compassion and caring by the entire staff was wonderful. Each detail, down to being sure my mother's eyebrows were done perfectly, was taken care of. Each request was encouraged and expertly handled from insurance to nail polish color. Nothing was too big or too small to handle. The video is a keepsake I will treasure forever. We had an incredibly spacious room to handle all the people that loved my mother. I will always be thankful for all that was done for us to honor my mother.

At a time when my family and I were at the worst place in our lives, these people were truly phenomenal. I'll start by saying we went to several funeral homes. I refuse to even mention the names of the establishments as not to bring them any advertisement. Every other place we visited the people were business minded, arrogant and had no compassion, not to mention that EVERY place we went was shabby and smelly. This was the 2nd to last place we visited. After the last visit we immediately went back and made arrangements here. Steve, the funeral director was a godsend. Jenny the office manager was incredibly attentive. Ralph, who I'm not sure of his role was so caring. They all made sure we were comfortable and made this process so much easier. They took care of every little detail. The establishment was clean and comfortable. I want to take this moment and thank all of you for your attentiveness in our time of need.

the worst...was rudely spoken to as if i was nobody, everything i asked for wasent done or wasent done properly, my mother looked horrible almost unrecognizable, the funeral was not clean and no parking! never again. sincerely disappointed

Cannot say enough about the staff and the experience I had here. They took a time in my life where I was lost and made me totally at ease. The service went smoothly and the day was completely taken care of to the finest detail. It really is a wonderful thing to have such great people take care of you in a time of need
