This funeral home staff was very compassionate and understanding. Milton is a childhood friend and always was a good person, His brother Paul and make up artist are also exceptional people. They handled contacting the insurance company for me and made my decision making process easy. The day of my mothers home coming they were very nice and pleasant and the videos were well put together. This is where you would want to do your home coming service for your loved ones. I want to thank the entire staff of Paul lane funeral home who made my loss a comfort.

I unfortunately had two funerals there this year which I had to plan personally. The staff is great, they do an outstanding job and the prices are very reasonable in comparison. Your programs, prayer cards, photo DVD and tribute blanket are included at no extra charge and the printing done on site is quality. They treat you like family. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Also, the funeral director Valerie is a joy to work with.

Milton,Paul, and Valerie at Paul Lane Funeral Home.These wonderful people who are located at 115-33 Sutphin Boulevard Jamaica N.Y. are wonderful. My sister and I call them angels! they sat down with my sister and I and were very patient with us.Milton was the main one assisting us, but if he wasn't there, Paul and Valerie gave us the same treatment in his absence.they were very interested in what our needs were.Sometimes I found myself often getting very emotional because I could not believe how kind they were.I believe God sent us to Lane Funeral Home.We sent up a prayer, and they were our answer.God bless you Milton, Paul, and Valerie.Love and blessings to you. This funeral home does not show prices or names of staff on the internet that is a clear sign that they are over charging you 4x to 7x more for something that only cost $500 in New York city something to think about would you allow a thief in your home giving you advice?

My experience with services of the Paul Lane Funeral Home began twelve years ago when I lost my father, continued four years ago when my baby sister passed and as of recently this past February 2016 when my husband died. With each instance, my family and I were given a comforting reassurance that everything would be alright and alot of our fears and anxiety was quickly put to rest. We felt at home. Paul and Milton Lane knew my family personally, as with so many other familes in the Jamaica, New York area, its like we all grew up together. Thats why I would recommend their services highly. My family recently utilized the professional services of Paul Lane's Funeral Home to lay my mother to rest. The Lanes, Mrs. Thomas along with the rest of the staff were tremendous! They were simply extraordinary & solicitous while maintaining extreme patience in guiding us through the difficult steps of choosing the perfect way to say goodbye and send our mother off to her final resting place. They were very accommodating of our requests and showed remarkable compassion to our family as well as our guests even going as far as allowing extra time for mourners to pay respect before gently ushering us out of the building. The building was nicely furnished and well maintained as was the parking area. This was the third family member and through three generations Lane's Funeral Home has only improved over time. Quite simply I enthusiastically recommend Lane's Funeral Home to any family in need of their services.

I can not even begin to express the gratitude I have for the Paul Lane Funeral home and their employees. I personally worked with Ms. Valerie but no matter who I spoke with they were all professional and extremely helpful. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and the first thing I had to do was call up to 10 funeral Homes to check on pricing and availability. No one that I spoke to was rude but no one was as warm as Ms. Valerie! After speaking with her I immediately called my uncle in New York and told him to meet with her to get the process started. There was not one phone call I made where they were not available. They were always there and ready to help in any way possible. The added stress of me being out of town was barely a factor during this process. They made beautiful programs, prayer cards, and even provided us with thank you cards. I would like to add that I am a very meticulous, consumer/ customer and If I lived in the area I would trust them with arrangements for all of my family members. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and if you want seemless professional homegoing arrangements this is the place to be!
