Didn't handle the crowd at the funeral I attended. We were crammed in and a line out the door, but no one from the funeral home made any attempt to manage the crowd until after the funeral had ended.

My mom lived in the neighborhood for years, so when she passed I wanted to use Krtil. They were wonderful! And they got back to me quickly. I would refer everyone to Krtil.
