THE ABSOLUTE WORST FUNERAL HOME IN THE WORLD. LIED TO ME AND REFUSED TO BURY MY MOM EVEN AFTER HER FUNERAL SERVICE. I ASKED THEM SO MANY TIMES WAS THERE ANY PROBLEMS AND THEY TOLD ME NO.NOT UNTIL I BROUGHT THEM $2100 FOR THE BURIAL DID THEY TELL ME SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY MOMS POLICY. NOW MY MOM CANT BE BURIED UNTIL I PAY $7279. THEY HOLDING MY MOM HOSTAGE...... 1) THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY 2) DESERVE TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS 3) HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR YOUR LOVED ONES 4) LIE LIE LIE TO YOUR FACE.

That place needs makeover.They have many people working there,some do not even know what they are doing.I went to request their services in less than a month and a half,two family members died.The prices changed a lot every time they called me and told me a different price.I spent a hour in that office because the one who helped me was up and down it seems that the main office is upstairs.That looks very bad.

The entire place needs a makeover. It is shabby. In the office curtain rods are broken and hanging off the wall. In the main reception area the lamps are broken and the room is dark. Not very welcoming. To make matters worse there were eight glaring errors on our family person's death certificate. All due to the carelessness of Mr. Gaffney. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was very disappointed.

I just want to thank Jeremiah Gaffneys funeral home for taking proper care of my mother who passed away in june 2019. We had 2 ceremonies one at the Inwood chapel and another in the islands and I must say all the family members were pleased with the way my mother was presented to go home to her final resting place. The funeral home does not respect the neighbors. This is a business that is in a residential area. One time one of their guests blocked my driveway and I needed to get out and go visit a sick family member. I called the home and they promised to move it. Someone came out (which I assumed was the owner of the car) and he refused to move the car. I called the police and he screamed even more. It turned out that he worked their and was not the owner of the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle came out 20 minutes later and after I went off on him, he said he wasn't informed of his mistake and he apologized to me. I hope this place goes out of business soon.

How can I describe this place, First of all this funeral home was negligent to take the hr to cargo to be shipped out to our country.However gaffney funeral is stating that they received an email from the airline and when they where confronted to show proof of the email they keep quiet. So now we have to wait 3 more days for the body to be shipped out. Second, the place is smells and the benches in the back are broken, the place is dirty. Will never used them again.

Should be closed for good. They only take cash. They threatened to stop my great uncle funeral. They mixed up where to bury my great uncle and just dug a hole like 2 feet, buried him there and said we would have to pay more money to bury him in the right spot. They have no sympathy.
