Went to a funeral memorial and it was so hot many people complained . Nothing was done 3 female staff members were at the desk. They did not offer to get a fan, check with a thermostat, or call maintenance.. All 3 girls had a attitude to the several people who complained. People felt like fainting. When people are mourning they should not be treated like this!!!! There are several other funeral homes to go to.and I would not recommend this place at all. When the supervisor came in he said OH I JUST CAME IN with a attitude and then replied go to the desk when we said we did already he just ignored us !!

Everyone was just wonderful. I stopped in without an appointment because I was nearby. Nicole and Angela were tied up and couldn't meet with me right away so I was going to leave and stop in at another time. One of the ladies at the front was very kind and sat down with me to begin the process of PrePay until Nicole or Angela were available. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. When I left I felt a burden lifted from my shoulders knowing that within a year our funeral arrangements would be completely paid for.
