Pat and his staff handled every little detail of our requests with the utmost respect, professionalism and compassion from beginning to end. This Place was amazing... previously to my Pops passing we looked for a nice place that would accommodate our extra needs and request in the event my Pop passed. After sometime looking we decide to go with Daniel J. Scheafer Funeral Home. When he did recently they came immediately upon being called and were very remorseful & attentive towards our needs. On the day of the funeral despite there being issue in the family (like most family’s have) the staff and the owner accommodated & resolved any issues immediately. The owner Pat was great towards our family. Afterward on the following day they transported my Pop’s body to the Church then to the Airport without any delay. Daniel J. Scheafer Funeral Home made a friend and I long time customer with our Family.

Words can’t express my gratitude to all their hard work and care they gave us during the hardest time in my family’s lives. Saying goodbye to your love one is one of the hardest thing we ever had to do. The care they gave us when we had no idea how to handle all of arraignments gave us time and some peace of mind during in order to focus on more important matters, being with family. Incredible Classy Place This past month my brother in laws brother passed away. The family had a meeting with Pat (director) Daniel J. Schaefer Funeral Home a few weeks before his passing. In our visit, we agreed that the atmosphere was filled with comfort and ease. The level of service and, detail, and direct customer service through the process was a game changer. Pat who assisted us was on target with his clarifying questions in order to fit our style, budget, and any other needs. The delivery on all arrangments was seamless and very professional. Pat and his team were very honest, sympathetic, very respectful and was never pushy or trying to upsell us during this trying time. The presentation of my brother in law was flawless and honestly one of the best experiences with a funeral home ever experience. Thank you so much to the whole team, and please check these guys out.

We had my father’s wake here 2 wks ago. I am his youngest child. I am giving Schaefers 5 stars because of their attentiveness and the way they respectfully managed my father’s arrangements despite having to deal with challenging family dynamics, which dishonored my father. Pat and his staff were attune to this and supportive of those whose mourning was interrupted. I commend them for keeping their values in the face of dealing with difficult people. The staff were very kind and attentive throughout the whole thing.

Our family has had 3 wakes here and each time they were very patient, kind, and compassionate. They did amazing jobs with our loved ones. Each one of them looked exactly like themselves and so peaceful, whereas with other funeral homes we've had issues with our relatives looking "over stuffed" or not at all like themselves. Many Thanks to the Owner, all the Funeral Directors and staff. The team at Schaefer Funeral Home were professional, polite, kind hearted, and respectful. They brightened the mood through dignified conduct and planing foresight. They were very accommodating to requests, and there were no hidden issues that emerged in the background. There was no fine print. They have great cross communication skills and honest business practices, a rarity in today’s day. Their prices were comparable to that of other funeral homes near by, and they have more to offer than their competitors which initially caught my attention. But then upon meeting the staff and throughout the viewing and burial, they proved to have what I feel is the golden standard for client care and service. Without customizing and catering to the needs of the grieving, those already suffering would be re-injured and overburdened... thankfully there was no cause for concern, and everything went smoothly. Dignity was maintained in my fathers death as it was in life. I will cross post this because that is how impressed I am with the service I received here. With my deepest gratitude. EJ.

My family and I held a memorial service for our father in August of 2018. Everyone at Daniel Shaffer was courteous, sensitive and personable. They made sure that we were comfortable, pleased and that the service set up met our expectations. My father's death was a very overwhelming experience emotionally and also in terms of logistics as I had never had to make these types of arrangements. However, the staff at Daniel Shaffer helped to make this process easier to navigate. They explained what had to be done clearly and took care of most of planning. Their service was exceptional, and very much appreciated during such a difficult time.
