This would give it a no star rating if that was an option!! This place is very unprofessional, they didn't want to work with the life policy that was in place, so we had to come up with the money, they wouldn't work with us on that and David told us that if we don't pay by a certain time he would cancel the services and cremate the body ASAP (not a nice thing to say to a grieving family that is counting on life insurance to pay for the cost). After coming up with the money, he over charged us, and the refund check was issued to a different name. David promised us to cremate the body on a Saturday, they didn't do it until Monday. The death certificate was promised to us one day, and we didn't get it until a week after the day they promised, by that time we had already went to vital records and gotten our copy days before they called us to go pick it up. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY, PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER MORTUARY!!!!

Small Creativity

My father-in-law, an Army veteran, passed away Thursday, at home in his sleep. The two gentleman who retrieved him were the most empathetic and compassionate people I've ever met. They didn't rise to my brother-in-law's politics. This staff has been there for the family for many years and I am so thankful and gracious for their services.

My grandmother died and we were in a state of shock. I called Gabaldon Mortuary and the first thing they did was offer condolences. From that point on everything was done exactly the way we wanted. First of all I would like to say during my grandmother's death from the pick of her body to the ceremony at the Cemetery grounds Gabaldon was very respectful. We could not have asked for a more beautiful service. Thank you too Richard and Christopher Gabaldon.

The facilities are nice, but when I attended the services of my young cousin there were 3-4 staff in the parking lot smoking, laughing and joking with each other very loudly as the family was walking in the building. This went on for the entire service. It was the most unprofessional behavior I have witnessed in a long time.

We always had in mind to use this facility. We've know the Gabaldon family since our youths. Very proud of their accomplishments in this field and life.
