This is the worst place to have your loved one in, they have no one running it properly, and they have no communication on the mistakes they've made let alone get the paperwork on death certificates right the first time, and it takes them forever to fix their mistakes. I've had my mother gone for a month and I cannot get financial assets done without a death certificate and its now useless apologies and rude men and women answering the phones that have no right to be giving attitude for their companies mistake. This should not be the only place available on the reservation to serve the community. Very disappointed with their services
