Not only did EVERYONE at Berardinelli's treat me with kindness and grace, but they protected me from predatory practices at the cemetery where she was laid to rest. I say again, they protected me. I called and requested cremation only, as I was making all other arrangements myself. Instead of being directed elsewhere, I was told to come in and sign papers. It wasn't until later that I realized they included a $2395 funeral director charge, even though I specifically requested nothing beyond the cremation. I feel taken advantage of.
