We met with a very sensitive professional woman at Riggs, she was understanding and very sensitive to our unfortunate loss, especially during the holidays. All of the arrangements were done in one visit, and we were very happy with the service provided to us. Everything was done with kindness from the first visit til the funeral itself! My family have previously used Riggs and very never disappointed . We were so happy with our service that we invited the woman that provided us to our Repass as well, and she did respectively attend.

Not an ounce of professionalism. A bunch of arrogant loud mouths. When running a business, have employees that know what they're doing. Also, to the lady who said her child was almost hit in the parking lot last night, get a clue. I wouldn't use this business if you gave it for free.

My mother passed away suddenly just before Christmas. I have always heard great things about Riggs Funeral home locals, Police Officers and EMS workers so that is who I called. I spoke to Jay who was amazing! He made everything so easy and even helped keep the cost down. He in no way took advantage of the situation. Jay handled everything beautifully despite the lack of manners and respect from some family (and non family) members. The man kept the dignity and respect in check for my mother despite others. Julie Riggs has been a tremendous help, going above and beyond her job, assisting with paperwork and also dealing with rude people. The service was outstanding, the prices are great, the people are kind and real! Thank you Riggs Family for making my moms last day a special one.

I absolutely love this funeral home Riggs is very professional very nice compassionate people I had my dad laid out there they brought him from bklyn he looked amazing he looked like himself very natural they know how to do make up I've been to 29 funerals in the last year and I've seen the make up they done on people at other funeral homes it's horrible Riggs funeral home is so amazing if I'll tell anyone to go to funerals i tell them to go to riggs cause it's natural not caked on also very knowledgeable people they know their job especially Julie Riggs always goes out of her way to help and or find out things for you
