On October 12, 2017, Mrs. Hazel May and the May Funeral Home were entrusted with our mother. From the initial telephone contact through to the entire funeral process, we were treated with the highest and utmost respect by Mrs. May. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were so very comforting. Every wish and/or need our family requested was overwhelmingly fulfilled. Our limousine drivers were extremely friendly, courteous, and punctual. The staff supervision and execution of the funeral services and burial were most impressive. We highly recommend May Funeral Home for your loved one. We are forever grateful. Thank you for a job WELL DONE!!!

We used may's for services for my father- everything was beautiful and so professional. They really took the time out to make sure that everything was taken care of. My only complaint was when I called to thank them for their wonderful service, and asked for the manager, the secretary who answered the phone acted as if I had personally disturbed her. I was so taken aback by her brusque tone that it almost deterred me from complimenting them on their impeccable service today. Great service and very professional.

My father passed away in 2015 and this was the funeral home he and my mother chose. Corey was very professional and caring when it came to making the arrangements. He took the time out to ask us about my father so he could get more of an understanding to who he was. He treated him with dignity. They did a wonderful job on my dad and also at the service. The other funeral directors were professional and compassionate as well. We will be continue to use May and I would recommend them to everyone. I can't thank them enough.

Would not recommend this service, everytime I had called in to correct my fathers service, the gross and disgusting treatment that I had received from the service and all representatives including the worst by the name of Tori, had treated me as a child and told me off, she refused to adhere to my personal favors to take me off the speaker phone. She was rude ill mannered, quick to hang up, and had zero care for her customer. If I could rate a zero I would.

I called to make sure my cousin would receive the plant, I had sent to this funeral home. The woman said " why wouldn't the family get it?" Then she hung up.
