Thank you to Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home for being so comforting and helpful in my families time of need, my father( Angel Suarez) was placed on hospice and we knew it would be a quick departure there after once he was sent home, I called the funeral late one evening and Nick called me right away from our first conversation I knew this was where I was going to have my Fathers funeral, after informing Nick that my dad was in his last days and that I did not have too much time with him, Nick took charge he called the cementaries for me, sent me to a local florist that took amazing care of me after I mentioned Nick's name , he maintained in contact with me throughout my weakest moment . My dad passed away a few days later and I called Nick immediately they came respectfully and in such a caring way to pick up my dad and transport him to the funeral home. I was so satisfied with how handsome my dad looked in his casket they groomed him beautifully and he simply looked like he was peacefully sleeping, Nick you are truly an angel, you and everyone at the funeral home were so kind and attentive and definitely made my family and I feel like family, Five stars are not enough stars to give you and rate your funeral home for all that you do.... My brother sadly passed away 2 weeks ago and we used Levandoski- Grillo Funeral Home in Bloomfield, NJ. Nick Grillo, The Director was amazing from the beginning. His expertise and honesty were comforting. He explained in detail everything and was more than willing to answer any question that we had. The premises are extremely well kept and the funeral home is adorned with beautiful navy and cream decor all throughout. I have a huge family that had to travel from all over including Puerto Rico, and the funeral home was able to comfortably accommodate everyone. The care that they also took with my brother’s body was impeccable. Everyone that attended commented on 2 things, how beautiful the funeral home was and how handsome my brother looked. They made him look as if he were asleep. We picked up my brother’s ashes yesterday and still his care and compassion extended beyond the funeral services rendered. I would highly recommend Levandoski-Grillo to anyone.

We lost our father rather unexpectedly and had a very difficult time handling everything. Nicky was amazing and made all of the arrangements for my sister and I. He was able to comfort us and take a burden off of our shoulders that neither of us were prepared for. My father looked as handsome as he did in life and was given a farewell that I know he would have been proud of. Levandoski - Grillo Funeral Home & Cremation Service was absolutely amazing and did a beautiful job for my father’s funeral. I lost my Dad so unexpectedly and although it was such a difficult time in my life, Nick Grillo handled every detail with such care and ease. Nick was extraordinary and provided exceptional customer service. Not to mention, the funeral home is so beautiful and has such a positive, airy, and uplifting atmosphere. Most funeral homes are so gloomy and dark but they weren’t at all. Plus, their attention to detail is impeccable! There were mints, water, tissues for our guests and soft music playing in the background. Even the prayers cards were laminated with my father’s Police Department emblem on them (as he was retired detective). Most people don’t realize it but these small gestures made the expierence that much easier on my family. They even invested in Police Department Magnets for the hearse to pay honor for his services as an officer. I was so impressed with everything they have done for my family that I will forever be thankful to Nick Grillo and Levandoski Grillo Funeral Home. Please don’t hesitate to consider them for your loved ones too. I highly recommend them!!

I have known Nicholas for many years. He is a big part of my family. 2 years ago he cared for my Uncle. He was very professional and the funeral services were beautiful. My uncle looked beautiful also. This year my dad passed and Nicholas cared for him also. My dad was his adopted grandfather. His professionalism was outstanding and the care for my family was over the top. I have never seen a more beautiful celebration of a life than what Levandoski-Grillo showed my dad. Weeks later Nicholas was called on again to service my family when my aunt passed. Again Nicholas out did himself. When you go to Levandoski-Grillo you are in the company of family. Nicholas will feel your pain and grief and treat your family as if it were his own. There is nothing more I could want during this most painful time, a person who feels your pain and helps you get through the roughest time of your life. I am only allowed 5 stars, but believe me Levondoski-Grillo deserves many many more.
