Dangler in Morris Plains refused to set a date for our mother’s service because “another service might come up.” We took this to mean a more profitable service would take precedence over Mom’s simpler one. At our time of grief, my siblings and I were upset and even offended by the rather shabby treatment. We switched to a completely different funeral company in Madison and cannot say enough about the contrasting excellent treatment at the other place.
