Barbara Condon and the staff of Condon Funeral Home were wonderful and helped my family and me plan and navigate the difficult process of a funeral for my father in 2009. Since then, Barbara has continued to assist me with follow up documentation needs over the years. In a world of disappointment and frustration when trying to seek assistance, Barbara has been consistently efficient, warm, caring, and a blessing to me and my family. Thank you Barbara :)

Absolutely terrible experience. The woman Barbara that works here has zero customer service or even people skills whatsoever. She speaks in a condescending and just plain RUDE way to not only the mourners but the immediate family as well. If you are going to be in the business of dealing with people at some of the worst moments in their lives, you should have the decency to speak to them in a respectful manner. DO NOT go here if you want to be treated as a human being.

On one hand, I'm sorry to say I've had A LOT of experience with the Condons and this family business ....but on the other hand, I'm so grateful for the wonderful care and service out family always experienced here. From Raymond Condon, Barbara's dad, to Barbara later on, they and their family were always so wonderful. I only hope the next time I have to do business with them, it's for MY OWN funeral. Wouldn't have it any other way. It's a family tradition!

She knows how to put a smile on your face through what you feel is your most hardest time.
