I cannot say enough about Burroughs Kohr & Dangler funeral home in Madison. I had the unfortunate task of making arrangements for my husband. Never losing anyone this close to me I can only say that I was not looking forward to the task. Kip and Christine Dangler went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my husbands family. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect going above and beyond to make it special for my husband Rick. Although I hope that I don't have to do this again soon. Walking into this funeral home bearing the weight of all the grief and distress after losing a loved one allowed me a moment of relief. From the second I sat down, the staff was gracious, corteous, and respectful. Every step of the process was explained with detail, and they reassured every one of my concerns. I left the arrangements still filled with grief and sorrow, but had a faith and trust in what I was promised by the staff. And they delivered. They went above and beyond, with special attention to detail. From their beautiful rooms, to the lovely harp music, to the seamless funeral service, it made everything just a bit easier on me and my family, allowing us to be there for each other while receiving the best of care from the funeral home. You can tell they really care about the welfare of the families they serve. Before leaving, we all felt like one big extended family. care and support they brought us has been beyond our expectations.

Attention to detail and a compassionate staff made our experience at Burroughs Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home in Madison as good as it could possibly be. Planning a funeral for our ninety-five year old mother was bittersweet. We were grateful to have her in our lives for so long yet sad to say goodbye. Christine Dangler made us very comfortable as we made our plans. She made a beautiful video of family photos that we uploaded to a website that will be a a cherished reminder of a life well lived and offered many suggestions on making this day very personal for our family.
