My mother had preplanned her funeral at your facility. I met with John a few hours after my mother's passing and he patiently navigated me through the whole process. I never felt pressured to do or buy anything. He fulfilled my wishes and was always available either by email or a phone call. The visiting at the funeral home went as planned and we were very pleased. A month earlier I had escorted my mother to Beckers for a friend's viewing. We didn't know about the elevator and my poor mother struggled up the steps. When we were leaving we learned about the elevator and used that. My reason for giving just 4 stars would be the lack of informing the public that there is an elevator. At my mother's funeral my friend who has MS didn't know about it either and struggled up and down the steps, too, and then used her wheelchair in the room.

During our toughest time in our lives. Becker Funeral Home exceeded our expectations. With their amazing staff Jennifer, Jake, and Richard my dad’s Funeral was something he would have been proud of. They went through the process from beginning to end, Jake was at the cemetery and everything was perfect. Family members came to me and stated how beautiful it was to the very detail of the Thank you cards. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and empathy with the family members. At that time we also were able to prepare for my mothers arrangements. If possible I would recommend to anyone to do that, however difficult it may be. Hi to all. Becker funeral home is a wonderful place to have a burial. I was able to have my loved one cremated with no problem. They provided excellent service. During my grieving time they didn't pressure me into picking my loved one up from the morgue. I know that they took care of her very well. My only downfall was that they were so far as to where i was living at the time. But beside that its a great place to have a burial or cremation.

I have been to countless services over my life but never have I had such a terrible experience as I have at this funeral home. The staff was beyond rude and the talk of the office today was how horrible of a job they did on our co-worker's body. She looked nothing like herself and although she was a young girl who passed, they did something that ended in making her look like she was in her 50's, and her hands looked like that of a 80 year old woman. Do not have a service for your loved one here, you will only add more anguish to your loss.

I was initially very satisfied with my Late Sons Funeral Arrangements and the respect shown by the Staff. Since then I’ve had an issue with Advertisements mailed to my late son. After a few phone calls Becker’s was very apologetic and the issue resolved. That issue aside I would highly recommend Becker’s Funeral Home.
