Although the Funeral Home was clean the employee's (specifically one lady, who I did not get her name, short/white/long blonde hair) was very non empathetic to the families needs. We had 2 viewings this past week for my young cousin and at the first one she yelled at family members to leave for first break not caring how sad people were. Then at the second viewing, when it was time to say "goodbye" to my cousin for the last time she was yelling and stomping her feet to get family/friends out by "9:00pm". She was rude to my aunt (my cousins mother) and did not care that this was our last time saying goodbye to him. I have NEVER in my life seen anyone so rude and not caring in this industry. She should be ashamed of herself!
