Beverly Burton, was the wonderful woman who helped me with my Fathers Arrangements. Not only was everything done perfectly, but she made me feel at ease and proud of how Palm helped my family say our final goodbyes. Beverly went out of her way to get all the family pictures in on time and made a beautiful tribute CD video. Travis made the entire experience quite bearable. When I learned from the hospital that my wife had passed, I left a message on Charlie's answering machine. He remembered my inquiries from several months earlier and passed the word on immediately. Never did anyone ever try to take advantage of my grief and sell me unneeded services. When came time to show me the results, the staff displayed the cremation urn in a beautiful showing room. Prices were more than reasonable; no hidden charges.
