Lost my brother Whom I took care of for 18 years in 2010. Palm was wonderful. Lost my other brother in 2013. He wanted to be cremated. My Best Friend my mom passed in 2014. Graveside funeral. Everything was beautiful. Mom even had Doves that flew around and back. I only have good things to say about Palm. They have always been professional. Kind and Comforting. Thank You for being so kind when I lost the most important family.

It took me 2 & a half years to muster up the courage to visit my mother's tombstone where I buried her with my brother and father. I cried around her for about 4 hours straight and as I go to walk out I think im going to have a casual walk pass this cheap looking kid security guard. I have my headphones in but am not the type to walk pass a person without asking them how they are doing.. I take my headphone out even though I've got my brother on the phone just to say "how are you" he quickly says "good" and engages me and says to me "what are you doing here?" Insulted immediately I respond WHAT? & he tells me I can't be loitering around here. He said he was new I could care less I'm here visiting my mother at a place that has got 20k plus from my family & I get subjected to such horrendous treatment at a graveyard my first visit. That kid should be ashamed he's so bad at his job. Whoever hired him should be looked into. & If you read this you should think about how you'd feel if that happened to you after crying so hard you're seeing black..not cool at all. Somebody tell the people running this place nobody wants to go loiter/hangout for 4 hours next to one stone for s good time in 110 degree weather with sun hitting directly. Thanks for adding to the stress

From the moment I walked into the door actually from our first conversation I felt comforted and knew the right place was chosen to handle the arrangements. We lost our beloved brother-in-law at Christmas and the team at Palm Northwest were amazing, particularly Dara Carno. Not only did they make the process as smooth as possible, they met with us during the holidays, taking time away from their own families to make sure my sister was taken care of. They accommodated every need and handled each and every family and friend with patience, compassion and professionalism. Personnel here are friendly and professional but beware of possible scam!!! Someone called my family member and claimed they got contact info from Palm mortuary staff and needed to get more contact info like address and email. Somehow past clients of this place are being targeted so beware. They will try to get all your contact info for some nefarious scam. Palm says they did not release any personal Info. Tell your elderly parents to watch out.

We recently lost my Dad and had no idea what to do. Palm Mortuary on North Jones in Las Vegas took care of everything. We met with Shane first who handled the funeral part and Dale who handled Dad’s burial. They were so nice and helped us through the difficult process. We also loved Shadow who helped us as well. He has such a great personality and made us feel comfortable as well as Dale and Shane. Dale provided a detailed list of everything we needed to do that was presented in a nice packet. She explained everything with utmost detail so we knew what to expect and the dates we needed to come back. We had Dad’s service yesterday and they had water for us. They always asked if we needed anything. We are very pleased with all they did to help us through this difficult time. I highly recommend them for your loved ones when they pass.

It is very encouraging when you speak with sensitive, caring and the staff of Palm Mortuary, like Dale. She was amazing. She is very knowledgeable of prices, procedures, and everything one must know when things happen, and especially it is imperative to purchase certain things now and why not to wait. This place has no customer service at all , I tried to ask a simple question about my bill and nobody ever got back at me the whole day , tried calling again and people are just unhelpful , I'm sorry but they need to work or hired personnel that can assist their own customers a little better

This is a beautiful cemetery. The energy here is so peaceful. The grounds are very well kept. Here there are plots that are gated and have a small yard. I really find those to be nice. These private cemetery yards are a sight to see all in it's self. I enjoy seeing how people set up there loved one lot . Each lot has a personality of its own. New land, about a mile of land, have been cleared recently. They have cleared so much space for more loved ones. Bathrooms are located in the service building. If I am barried here in Vegas I would love to be barried here. I would love to have a gated private plot.

I would especially like to commend Dara Carno, for her professionalism and superlative skills. She had patience, showed support and took time to listen and schedule my needs exactly how I wanted. She scheduled and ensured the best service which outlined and layered out my heartfelt wish for my loved one. Jeri Schopp, gave unconditional support to meet my needs. Linda, on the day of service was excellent at overseeing everything was done correctly and schedule on time. The other staff members that went above and beyond making sure that my family and friends were comfortable and fine. Also, to Madison, creating ribbons for the pallbearers. The care provided on November 2nd through November 9th 2018 from beginning to end was exceptional. I will recommend your service to anyone who needs a caring loving place for their love ones.
