I went to the Palm mortuary for the memorial day services. There was a bunch of politicians giving their speeches it really felt kind of like a political stunt but I really enjoyed all the servicemen there and the emotions were high and it reminded me of what is really important in life. Palm mortuary has several chapels are available for services and several options for burial or cremation. I was very impressed that they actually had services for memorial day I would recommend everyone going down there to remember those who have gone before us on memorial day it was good for my kids to see that.

Celena went above any expectations my family and I had for my husbands services, her and the Palm Mortuary - Downtown family truly made his services memorable, detailed and Honorable. Her patience, kindness and professionalism, attention to detail and suggestions to display his love for his raiders NFL team as well as Honor his Military service all around assured me, my husband and our family would be taken care of. Jorge Perla was our funeral attendant, and the pride he took in assisting our family as if it was his own made the services run smoothly, his attention to detail, setting up the chapel and my husbands multiple military uniforms truly left us speechless, truly envisioned how to Honor my husband and our family. The reception area decorated by Tracy and the care center team, all around in Silver and Black for his beloved Raiders Team, truly left an impact on the family and friends. This was truly a CELEBRATION of LIFE, everything that was known about my husband, The Palm Mortuary - Downtown family brought it to life. I have no doubt my husband was in the best of care and our family being cared for by the very best. I can not thank them enough for everything they have done and continue to do, Thank you for guiding me and truly Honoring my husband and our family.

POSTING COMMENT ABOUT - JOHN B. CLARK (Funeral Organizer Administrator) Its been one year since my landlord passed away. I was her caregiver and tenant at one of her apartment properties for 12 years. My landlords, Mrs.Dolores and Mr.Estes were very kind and good people. John Clark was very nice and accommodating . I know that funeral homes are a place where sales are involved, john a balance is that too very well. Feeling not pressured and John's sincerity, I actually spent a lot more money with your company. So if there's a way to show your appreciation to John Clark and any other great employees, I would do so. You do not want to lose these great people as employees. I am now a life long Palm Mortuary customer and recommender.

We went to Palm mortuary at Main Street down town in Las Vegas, NV. To apply for a cremation services for a future death of my sister. We went to apply for information about the best kind of service according to our budget. Miss Erin Morse and miss Dawn Thompson, give us and excellent service and information about what was the best option for us. We end buying the type of recommendation that was offer for us. I’ll recommend that excellent service from both of them.

They are lucky I can’t give no stars. Good service and very friendly till you pay them. After you pay them they have no respect or care. On multiple occasions we have gone to management letting them know that my brother in law’s grave has been defaced and vandalized. The maintenance crew included. Items have been stolen and destroyed. They say that they are there for you and your time of loss but have yet to even attempt to help out with getting the situation resolved. Would not recommend at all.

My father had his service on August 9th at the Veteran’s cemetery in Boulder City. Elena, the funeral director, was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Our family was hit with roadblock after roadblock in trying to receive the burial policy financing, lost death certificates, hassles with dd214 forms, etc. It was a mess! Elena made numerous calls and stayed on top of every situation in order to make sure all paperwork was received, the service went well and to make sure all entities were satisfied. It was a very stressful process but she allowed for moments of reprieve due to her determination and work ethic. Palm Downtown as a whole did a wonderful job paying respects to my father during the viewing as well as the actual service. All of our requests were met and I believe they went above and beyond to make sure he received the memorial he deserved as a veteran who had served this country. Everyone was personable and extremely empathetic towards the family which we all deeply appreciated. There were many emotions flying around and they handled it all very well. I would highly recommend Palm Downtown for their impeccable services, work ethic and their compassion for human life.
