I am very disappointed that a flower delivery for a friend's widow was refused by the mortuary because no services were tobe held at the mortuary. Visitation was underway and services were to follow at a local church, but the florist was not given that information or the address of the church.

The entire experience went very well. Everything was explained clearly, and in detail. Questions were answered directly and to the point without an up-sell slant to put doubt in you mind as to a decision you might be considering. Everyone I encountered her was extremely nice. Tammy who assisted me, was wonderful. She has a way of embracing you and makes you feel like a real friend. I went in for the basic plan and that was what Tammy and Palm delivered. I strongly recommend this organization for you final planning.

I have a background in Mortuary business and I was amazed that I was not offered help with programs or anything else that I was expecting when I first met with Darrin the funeral director the day my dad passed away. I live 600 miles away from Las Vegas which was a challenge to begin with. Darrin seemed to be more concerned about making sure I paid for things my father's preplanning did not. He said the programs would be printed by the Relief Society. I knew that was not true and I had the programs printed by a morturary in my Pocatello that we've done business with before. I was very pleased with the programs and several people commented on how beautiful they turned out. Communication between myself and the Darrin was not good. He hadn't even contacted the church where the memorial was to be held the day before the memorial to make sure it would be open. I found out this disturbing fact as I was driving 600 miles from my home to Las Vegas. It was his day off so I couldn't even contact him to find out what was going on. The two members of Palm Boulder Mortuary who did come to the memorial service were very nice and helped make sue the service ran smooth. But as far as recommending Palm Mortuary, not sure I could do that after my abysmal experience with the funeral director who was supposed to help me.

I really do not like the constant sales calling over and over again pressuring us to come in for an appointment. Sales staff is too aggressive and I wish they would stop bothering me.

I am so disappointed already by the service here. My recently deceased Mother had a vault in the memory wall. I called to help out my 91 year old step-Father with the arrangements. First I had to scan and email documents. Then I got an email a week later asking for dimensions and which day we would like. Sent a reply that day and heard nothing. Called a week later to find out if something was wrong. Found out the first person was out on an emergency. Ok, understandable. So spoke with Chelsea today. She even offered to send the documents for payment over to the location near me. Great. First shock was finding out it is $995 to simply open, place urn and close vault. Wow. Then I picked up the paperwork, took to my step-Father and he finds another $195 charge on the bill (for admin and processing). Why wasn't this fee told to me initially? And what is this for? I am appalled at how they would treat a family after a death. I would never recommend this place. I am sorry my Grandparents are buried here and am very unhappy my Mother will be here.

Specifically with Philip Webb who did a fantastic job by making sure everything was handled so that when I was ready to take my uncle's ashes to Forest Lawn in Glendale, CA there were no stones left unturned. I am so grateful to have him work with Forest Lawn, the Insurance Company and myself. I couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you!

I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle all the details of the burying of my husband. Phil Webb was wonderful. He made having to do the arrangements so special and he made both my daughter and I feel so good, There was no sadness about the plans that had to be made. He went above and beyond his duty. Things took longer than we expected but he was on top of everything all the way, He brought the Urn on the day of the funeral even though it was his day off. He wanted me to feel at ease with him being there. He did everything I asked him to do. He was a God send from the moment we met him to the very end. I told him I wanted to recommend him to all my friends when the time comes for them to do what I had to do. My daughter knows that when my time comes she will be able to count on Phil to do what has t be done. I cannot thank him enough. He is s perfect for this job.
