Raymond made the process, extremely comfortable. No "HARD SELL". I couldn't believe the care and value we received. We will recommend Serenity to everyone we know. My family member was laid to rest through Heritage Mortuary in a very professional and respectful manor and I am appalled by what Mr. Cruz has implied, not for just the driver and establishment, but his rude references, disrespect for loved one’s and uncontrollable verbal rage. I am most certain there was more to the story then what this person is saying. Since he took it upon himself to try to media assault this driver and company, my family and I would like to apologize for this persons actions and will pray for him. God Bless

They are a rip off the service was horrible the fees were to high and the transportation was delayed I was not pleased at all I will not recommend anyone to them. We used them to Bri g my daughter's remains from Las Vegas to Inglewood Vs it took them 5 days n they were un professionalthxs

This review is based on their driver, please for your sake and your family's safety stay at least 10 car lengths from this disgruntled driver. Maybe business is slow so he drives like a maniac trying to run you off the road so you die and need his service, perhaps there is a corpse in a hurry to get somewhere? I tried to take a picture of the driver but he was weaving in and out of traffic at 90 mph. BEWARE!

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY TO LAY YOUR LOVES ONE'S TO REST, BECAUSE LAST YEAR OUR FAMILY COULD NOT PAY FOR THE HOLE FUNERAL SERVICES AND SO WE TALK TO THE PASTIER TO SEE IF HE COULD GIVE US A BETTER DEAL ON THE SERVICE, SO WE DECIDE TO HAVE OUR LOVE ONE CREMATED AND HAVE ONLY A VIEWING WHICH COST IN TOTAL $2000.00 WE GAVE THEM $1700.00 AND MY SISTER SIGNED THE AGREEMENT TO PAY THE REST WHICH IS COMING OUT OF HER CHECK..... THEY SENT OUR CASE TO AN COLLECTION AGENCY TO TRY COLLECT MORE THEN WHAT WE OWN...... HE CLAIMED THAT WE HAD A FULL SERVICE TO JUSTIFIE THIS UPCHARGE TO US....SO NOW WE ARE GETTING UNWATED CALL FROM THESE DIFFERENT COLLECTION AGENCY.... PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SHARKS IN SHEEP CLOTHING, THEY DON'T CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY OUR YOUR LOVE ONE'S THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY.....PLUS WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR LOVE'S ASHES BECAUSE THEY CLAIM WE STILL OWE THEM OVER $3000.00 NOW.... THIS IS NOT FAIR......STAY AWAY......
