My experience was quite a few years ago. I had lost my father and this was the place they took him to.... we had family in town who had to return home and we asked to see my father. The girl "helping" us literally told me "it's not like we can just roll him out of the freezer." She said this to me and my family literally the day after he had passed. We immediately had him transferred to a different mortuary who had zero issue with letting us see him before he had been prepped. We understood that he may not look the same and even told them at Bunkers that did not matter to us. The lack of empathy was absolutely shocking. I must say If I die and they take me to bunkers I will raise from the dead and take my self elsewhere.

Tried to make an arrangement appointment for my fiancé's imminent mother while waiting in the ICU but the woman on the phone told me "UM, NO the facility is supposed to call us, not the family." As someone who has never had to make funeral arrangements before, I found this to be extremely rude and incredibly unprofessional.

They could not have been more helpful and handled everything perfectly. Also they did an incredible job on preparing my mother's remains for her open casket funeral. was told to sign for a family members keepsake at the grave sight. Made arrangements for 5 family members to meet up so it would be more convenient and less hassle. Only to find out it was for a living "WILL" very sad my family interest wasn't at HEART. Never even received the keepsake or was it ever mentioned!!!
