They started off quite nice, and seemed to be professional, but from there it went down hill. We had my loved one remains cremated as requested, the remains were supposed to be return to us in three to four days. They didn't call, and didn't let us know that they had problems with their equipment. When I called them , it was almost three weeks later and they didn't know if they had her remains back.... they should have never left their care!!!!!!!!!! When I asked when I could pick up the remains they said "Anytime, so I called so things would be ready. When I got there and they said, " Not now we are having a service." So I made an appointment to come in and pick up the remains..... they couldn't find them to start with, and then they didn't have the paper work ready!!!! They were RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!! If your Love ONE is not wanting to have a BIG COSTLY SERVICE and believes in saving land for childrens parks and playgrounds leaving land for future generations this is not the place you are only shown RESPECT. UNLESS you are paying BIG MONEY to THEM!!!!! TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY SENT THE MEMORY MARKERS ADDRESSED TO THE DEAD PERSON!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT WHERE ANYONE WHO LOVES THEIR LOVED ONE WOULD WANT TO GO!!!!! THEY NEED TO RE THINK THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES !!!!!!

I went to pick up the ashes of my miscarried baby on Monday and when I got there I was told they weren’t ready yet. I had been told that they would be done by the previous Wednesday (but we moved across town that day, so we decided to wait a few days and we were told that would be fine). When I walked in and told the receptionist that I was there to pick up cremains she responded with, “For what?” with so much attitude I almost slapped her (and I am the least violent person). Instead I responded, “For my baby.” She huffed at me. She. Huffed. At. Me. A grown woman, older than my mom, huffed at me! Someone walks into your funeral home, states that they are their to pick up the remains of their loved one and you give them attitude?! Then she calls someone on her phone and they tell her that the “ball” was dropped because the guy we had worked with had been out sick. Excuse me? My baby is not a “ball.” I understand things happen but don’t refer to a deceased person as a ball. So I left and came back yesterday because they had promised the ashes would be ready by then. We had been told that the ashes would be in a small container specially made and donated for miscarriages and infants. I was handed a cheap, blue, fake-velvet drawstring bag. I’m furious. I am so disappointed with this funeral home. I’ve helped my parents bury three of my grandparents and I helped with my father-in-law. And my mom used to work for a church and was in charge of coordinating funerals. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a funeral home.
