Lee was amazing helping us with all the complicated aspects of our "delicate" situation, as our Dad passed away while on vacation in Kalispell. He treated our family with the utmost care ,compassion and respect. His time and extra effort will never be forgotten. We can not say enough about how compassionate, caring, and dedicated they are at Darlington.... They picked up my mother from another location at 5pm on a Friday which was also the start of a long holiday weekend... They were always available for us no matter what... They took the time and walked through all the steps for my mother at their location and for all her other needs that were needed to be taken care of... I can not even begin to thank them enough for the empathy and compassion they gave to my mother and my family.... There prices where absolutely amazing... You can absolutely know you will not be taken advantage of in costs when you are already dealing with the loss of a loved one... Darlingtons has everything you need to make sure your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect.. You will also know they are there to offer you things without it being about money for them.. I know I will go back to them for any needs i may have in the future.... Never something you want to have to leave a review for but I felt it important to share. Lee from Darlington showed his true humanity and care when dealing with the recent loss of my uncle. Lee went out of his way to travel to our home to meet us on numerous occasions. Lee went above and beyond to help respectfully handle all the issues we faced, including but not limited to working his cost(s) down to honor a Veteran. Lee and the crew at Darlington are absolutely top notch. Though I pray I NEVER need their services again, for obvious reasons, if I ever did need such services, they would be my 1st and only call. Trust me on this, you will not regret the decision. This place is 100% care. Business is secondary to helping you and your loved ones.
