The professional staff of the Daly Leach Memorial Chapel (DLMC) demonstrated compassionate respect, genuine support, and patient guidance throughout this highly emotive process. Moreover, an unforeseen and vendor-related (unrelated to DLMC) circumstance illuminated their integrity. The sum of my experience warrants an exemplary review.
I primarily worked with Mike Turner. His vast experience, sincere efforts to provide as much assistance as he could, and overarching kindness were consistent and impressive qualities. Additionally, I had the opportunity to interact with other staff members and found them to be as helpful, considerate, and outstanding as he is.
My experience was always professional, informed, and fulfilled at a pace that I was able to manage. The DLMC was recommended to me and I was and am grateful for the quality of that referral. One of the vendors, that DLMC was associated with, instigated a hefty non-refundable origination fee that neither I, nor my advisor, had any knowledge of. When it was referred to and introduced, 6 months after the initial application, DLMC took responsibility, contacted their representative (she achieved far more success and responsiveness from the company than I received), assured me that they would cover the substantial fee if the company was recalcitrant, and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. It was resolved favorably, but either way I was covered by DLMC and their pledge to honor the cost. It is without reservation that I endorse their integrity.
I would recommend DLMC without hesitation. Their total commitment to providing respectful, comprehensive, and supportive care and services, during this overwhelming and difficult period, is exceptional.
