The staff, especially Christen, were great. We were gently led through the decision-making process of planning my father's funeral. Christen had a very calming presence about her that allowed us to process the details at a pace that we were comfortable with. Absolutely the worst experience I've had. Wouldn't release the body for lack of payment and when we finally picked her up she was wrapped in plastic and had thick cream on her face. Blocked us from leaving comments on Facebook or rating their page. Weak business...only leaves the positive reviews. We even had to have private transport.
