The while was so amazing from start to finish. They had worked with my father on many arrangements for other Mason's, Shriners and men from the Scottish Rite. They are very professional and caring they are just amazing to be around in that difficult and special time. Thank you Speaks family for all that you did and have done.

Speaks is the worst funeral home I have ever had experience with. They did not keep promises they made to me. The flowers on my husband's casket were totally wrong. Their decor is outdated and dreary. I do not recommend Speaks.

My dad preplanned and prepaid his funeral service because he didn't want it to be a burden on his wife or his children. Barbara, his wife, asked for red roses on the casket, which dad also prepaid. The roses were beautiful. Speaks was able to fix the ribbon that was inappropriately marked as wife, since it wasn't the wife in the casket. The decor is updated and fresh. It has a comfortable family feel while also being reverent and peaceful. Speaks took such good care to help us even with some division in the family. They took care to make sure we had the space to grieve my father's death. Our family has had many funerals here but this was the best experience by far. One of my cousins commented that this was the most beautiful services she had been to. I would recommend them.

This is by far the biggest freak show I've ever seen . The whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. Asking people what kind of food a dead person liked to eat, making every one feel very uncomfortable. Then in the end ripping you off for a simple cremation. I literally paid 3,000 more dollars than the place I cremated my dad that same year in Kansas. Please in hard times dont Google closest funeral home for convenience, because If you end up here you will be broken hearted and broke ! This is a ripe off from the beginning to the end .

We chose Speaks Suburban Chapel do to the location and prior experience going to funerals there. It turned out to be a great choice and they made this difficult time go so smoothly. Jessica Crossley was excellent as our Funeral Director and the whole crew was so helpful the day of the funeral. We went to a small out of town cemetery and they handled all the arrangements. If you are looking for a funeral home or trying to choose between a few, do yourself a big favor and select Speaks.

There is not enough that I can say about Speaks Suburban Chapel. The care they have show each and every time is amazing. Their staff make you feel at ease and support you during what is one of your hardest times. When my husband past, they supported us with all we needed to share his life & times as a husband, father, son, & brother. We were able to show who he was with all that we could display. The same happened 4 years later when my father past. My dad was an avid fly-fisherman & they (crazy, but true) put him in his wading gear. It is what he would have laughed at & wished he would have thought of before us & a 1st for Speaks. They will guide & support you & your family during one of your hardest times.
