Unfortunately my grandma passed away. We went to Schrader for our funeral needs. They were compassionate and allowed us plenty of setup, storage, and cleanup time. They were accommodating and compassionate. The place is decorated very old-fashioned and clean. I would recommend this place.

Went to St.Louis to get a check up on my 6 month pregnant girlfriend, we came down from Springfield,MO to find out that our baby had passed. We had no idea what to do or where to go, were only 18 and my grandparents got in contact with Schrader and they took control and helped with everything for free! They were very kind with us as we showed up and filled out some paper work, they gave us a perfect urn with her name on it and have even sent us letters about our loss which was amazing. Couldnt have been happier with such a bad situation, Thank You Schrader John & Sarah and our baby Olivia Jade Bishop.

Attended a funeral for my cousin's wife who passed away after a long struggle with cancer. What started as a beautiful ceremony was halted by an ill-prepared pastor, who seized on the opportunity of a captive audience to proselytize. My cousin gave a heartwarming speech about her life, while the pastor mentioned her name maybe once or twice. It was otherwise a come to Jesus speech I found totally inappropriate. Setting that aspect aside, the pastor served as emcee and transitioned roughly making certain points unnecessarily awkward.

I absolutely have no complaints with this funeral home. They have treated us wonderfully. Jennifer has been so professional and very informative with all the arrangements. We loved the many room options for casket viewings. Decorated in living room settings with comfortable sitting areas and beautiful decor and fireplaces!! Incredible, plus an atrium with fountains. Loved this setting for our mother. Plus a separate area for snacks. Highly recommend.
