I and my family have had several occasions to engage the Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel over the past 10 or so years, most recently in February of 2018. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attend to all details in the most respectful and sincere manner, which is exactly what one would hope under such circumstances. The service at the Chapel as well as at the cemetery was exactly as agreed and professionally managed in every way. What I appreciated most was that they listened and understood from our first meeting exactly what I and my family’s wishes were and respected those desires. The team at Kreiegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel was so supportive during the time that we were planning the memorial for our Aunt. She had pre-paid and planned so many steps were in place but there were things like Obituaries in the local paper and a desire for specific flowers that were all taken care of smoothly, sympathetically and efficiently. On the day of the Memorial a team member met us at the chapel, welcomed guests and took care of things behind the scenes. Later when we went to Jefferson Barracks for the burial they were there with us making sure that the desires of all of the out of town family members were met. Thank you so much!
