When my dad started nearing the end of his life, I was able to make arrangements without leaving my rural town. Payton Hunter made my life so much easier at such a hard time. I was able to set everything up via email. Then upon his passing, all I had to do was make one phone call to her. They also were wonderful about following my request about my dad's cremated remains so my family and I could fulfill his final wishes. I highly recommend their services, especially if cremation is the option for your loved one! Not to mention it was affordable for me to pay out of pocket!

My father passed away a couple months ago and we chose Heartland to handle the visitation and burial, partly because 34 years before, my mother's funeral was done by the previous owner of Heartland (Hintons). Our contact was Andrew Buck, and we were all very happy with his helpfulness and competency. There was no sales hype, which I really appreciated, and the cost was reasonable. The visitation was in the chapel and was perfect, while the burial was a couple hours away and was well handled. Andrew helped facilitate a veteran presence and flag folding which was very moving. We are grateful for the experience we had at Heartland and feel that even with the cost savings compared to some other funeral homes, there was no compromise in service.

I felt like harry was family during my mothers service. He did an exceptional job! Like he was an angel who dropped from heaven to help our family grieve. Myself and my cousin missie talked about this and if by some chance we need another service we will definitely pick Harry and Andrew at heartland funeral home. Harry gave my sister his coat at the burial site and waited with us till my mothers burial. i cant express how exceptional he was. Harry is an always will be like family to us!!
