Our experience with the lady there was not good at all. She was not caring or at least tell our family she was sorry for our loss. The guys there were awesome, compassionate and cared...she however was short and not compassionate and just rude. Also when asking how we would like for the obituary to read in the paper she failed to put names in the obituary that mattered or we would not have said them much less spelled them. Every little to small thing matters when losing a family member and to not get treated with respect and compassion and treated like it was just another dreadful day at work is just down right sad. This lady is in the wrong profession
