I recently lost my mother who lived in Missouri while living in Florida. I had been blessed to have never had to make funeral arrangements so I was very unfamiliar with the process. Freeman Mortuary was able to start the planning process over the phone while I was driving in. When I arrived in Jefferson City I was able to go by and finalize the arrangements. They were very professional and thorough during the process, to the point of details I would have never thought of. They returned phone calls when promised and made sure every detail was discussed and covered. I can not covey how much this level of service made a difference during a difficult time.

Ryan, family and staff at Freeman Mortuary were so amazing to work with in the recent passing of my mother-in-law, Rita Bryan. Corey and I have never had to deal with a loss of someone so close and we had no idea how to proceed. God (or maybe Rita) sent an angel to us in the form of Ryan Freeman. He was so patient, so calm, so compassionate, so kind and made us feel at ease in our horrible time of grief. He walked us through the process, all the options, he kindly kept us on track when we got distracted, and listened sympathetically when we got derailed with stories of good times and bad. Ryan and his staff took care of everything, we did not have to stress about setting up pictures, or moving flowers and gifts from location to location. We were just required to show up and share quality time with our loved ones & friends. The viewing, visitation and funeral services were so tastefully done. Rita would have been so very proud of how it all turned out as a celebration of her life. We will be forever grateful for this gift of love. Thank you to all of you from the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate you all so much. ♥️♥️
