Very nice and sincere group of people to work with during a difficult time. They never tried to up sell or pressure us into anything and coordinated seamlessly with the church. If ever we should need a funeral home again, Colliers is the only place we'd call.

They did a decent job of making my grandmother look good for her family and friends but lose out on berating my 3 year old in front of the casket for taking a cookie out of the lounge and expecting her to comprehend. Poor staff handling in our time of grieving. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Mr. Collier was extremely cold and handled my brothers passing like a business transaction - no sympathy. He called my brother by the wrong name 5 times and did not ask for a photo of him prior to preparing him; they shaved his face completely and he no longer looked the way we knew him. It broke all of our hearts. Because of this, we transferred to a different funeral home. I would never recommend Collier's as they were extremely uncaring and unapologetic.
