My family is extremely satisfied with how Alexander Mount Lebanon Funeral Home handled my husband's Mother's funeral arrangements this week. We came in on Sunday Sept 9. I had my gr grampa's name&birthdate and death date. The cemetery is very large with many "gardens" and plots. Darlene helped me with a map and marking where my gr grandparents were buried. Many of the stones are the "pillow" type that cannot easily be read unless you are right above them. This made it difficult to locate the sites we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised to see that on a Sunday someone was in the office. Then to have Darlene and the other lady (didn't get her name) going out of their way to find an easy path for us to find the graves was a GIANT surprise - and quite welcome. We live out of state so probably wouldn't be using the services for our family but for anyone looking for a certain deceased loved one the office staff did a great job!! Thank you very much!!

My sister and I visited our parents & brothers graves for Memorial Day, and were so disappointed by the condition of the grass and weeds! I realize it has rained a lot but when you first drive in the grass looked great, like it had been cut guess it for appearances from the road. We’ve gotten used to bringing our own clippers to trim around their grave stones

These people are a gift from god. Today they hosted my grandmothers funeral. They took sauch amazing care and attention to detail. Thwy asked questions and remembered the answeres. In the end they k ewq everything about her and made sure that her final appearance was perfect. They made it look like Christmas because that was her favorite holiday that she could spend with her childrwn and grandchildren. Theqy even made arrangements of her favorite flowers and played her favorite music and while making her loom beautiful remembered that she loved her dog heidi and gave her a buquet of flowers wrapped in a ribbon of paw prints adorned with heidi's name. I'm eternally greatfull for the love, care, and compassion they showed my grandmother. I wish she could have seen it. These people have a special place in Heaven.

This facility could not have been better. They treated us so nice; they comforted us to the extreme degree. It was a most wonderful event, albeit a family death and funeral service. I would recommend them to everyone in the world.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Do not plan on having snacks or food because their lounge area is VERY small. No vending machines and only a few cookies provided from them. They will contact family members (the one/ones that planned the service) if you complain about ANYTHING! I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon before our gathering and one of the workers was in there wearing bluejeans. Very inappropriate in this type of business. I would not recommend this place of business.

My sweet little boy is laid to rest there. I think the place is Beautiful. I go out there and sit. I place the toys he had when he was 9years old. It's been 4 years ago since he left. Tina was so wonderful to me and my family. She knew we wanted him laid next to his grandparents and that he is. Peace when I'm there. Keep keeping it Beautiful There. God Bless You and the Staff. Their caring and sensitive nature towards everything is something we are very appreciative of. This was a very hard time for my family and they allowed us to bring in music and accommodated every need and wish we had to make Lindley’s celebration of life a day that completely represented who he was. Our service was uplifting to everyone because of the directors at Alexander. Thank you again for giving us this time to Celebrate my Uncle in a way that he lived his life. Harry was absolutely the best ! He handled everything very professionally and very personally as if he were a member of our family! I would highly recommend this mortuary and definitely Harry ! My dad looked wonderful and very peaceful which was a great comfort to me.The flowers were stunning and exactly what my dad requested. And the celebrant Elizabeth was superb. I have a copy of my dads beautiful service that she put together and read it often for comfort. It really touched every important moment of my dads life and I know if he were still here he would have approved it with an A+ Thank you again Harry for making this difficult time in my life a beautiful memory Kim LaGrand

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They dealt with my mother's funeral, and asked questions that at first seemed a bit out of the box, but when the service came it was like they knew her for entire life. There were minor touches here and there that showed that they were really paying attention. Jancis and Tina especially, they were the people we worked with the most. I even got a random email one day just checking in to make sure that I was ok.

The team at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral home is absolutely amazing. Even when the individual the service for is not blood related, they treat them as a family member and take great care of everyone involved in the process. They will go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect from the music to the mementos and flowers around the room. Janis and Tina were a few of the individuals that we worked with and they were absolutely amazing in our time of need. Thank you all for everything that you do! The whole team is totally amazing!!

Was given maps for each section and they're not very clear. Glad I knew my NSEW as locating sections and plots are difficult even with each area marked with a sign denoting The Garden Of -------. The woman at the office seemed overwhelmed with two customers and was less than friendly. I had 6 lots to take photos of and asked if she could tell me if the graves had markers; another long sigh and she went and asked someone and returned saying they don't keep up with that information. If I was in a rural area, I could understand this, but for a cemetery in the suburbs, this didn't make sense.

My mother passed in September 2018. The staff at Alexander White Mullen was so considerate and compassionate helping us plan her funeral! Chase, Janice, Tina and all the other staff made the process of planning mom's funeral so easy to understand and execute. We had the funeral at their facility, and it was beautiful! They really listened to my description of mom and tailored the service to feature her crafts. It was beautiful! And the lunch in the Lindbergh room was just perfect for our family! I am so grateful to the staff for supporting us during this difficult time.
