My family has used this funeral home for as long as I can remember so when we recently lost a loved one it made it easy to already have the aspect of choosing a funeral home taken care of. What we didn't expect was the overwhelming care and concern for our family and our loved one by Mr. Danny Carroll. I should make it clear we have always had great service and care any time we have been there but Danny just made things so easy and took care of everything. We are pretty familiar with the staff there and knew that he was new but you'd never know it by his professionalism and compassion. Parkway sure picked a great director. He genuinely cared about us and that we were comfortable in every decision that was being made and we weren't forced to do anything we were 100% comfortable in every detail and knew things would be taken care of. Death is never easy but I thank you Parkway and Danny Carroll for taking such great care of us.

Wow! Never expected to be so overwhelmed by the professional & caring staff at Parkway Funeral Home. Our friend had at one time been a prominent individual. Nevertheless, she had outlived most of her family & friends so there was not a high attendance. However, Parkway Funeral Home conducted the funeral as if there were a thousand people attending. They performed with love, dignity, respect & professionalism. We had chosen to have a closed casket because she was 95 years old and had suffered from cancer for several years and was not looking like she needed to be viewed. After seeing how beautiful they had transformed her face, we had an open casket. You cannot imagine how wonderful her beautiful & at peace face made us feel. It was such a heart warming experience. In today’s world, you just don’t find this type of care, love & respect for life as we did today. I know Jesus is pleased with how they care for His loved ones. Thank you so much!
